Fisker Automotive today has taken the digital wraps off the skin of its Karma luxury plug-in electric vehicle, which will go on sale later this year.
Until now, an exact picture of the metal bones underneath the $90,000 Karma has been a mystery. Now, in this rendering, Fisker is showing us the Karma in the nude.
According to the Irvine-based automaker, the Karma will use an aluminum space frame that “incorporates new levels of rigidity and strength that will give the world’s first premium plug-in hybrid electric vehicle world-class ride and handling characteristics,” Fisker Automotive said ahead of an unveiling at the Geneva Auto Show, which opens to media on Tuesday.
